1/4-32 Spark Plug Boot

Technically this is a vacuum line elbow connector, but Jerry found they make great 1/4-32 spark plug boots! He cut part of the bottom off (lower left in image) so that the plug wires will be down on the plug top as the boot just touches the plug body.

"A nice cut can be made by inserting a snug fitting rod in the boot, then cut around it with a sharp knife. Bare about .150" of the wire ends and bend the wires over the insulation. The wires I used were a tight fit into the boots, but at least they will stay put!" Jerry Howell (Pg 69, V4 construction notes)
